You will monitor income reconciliations, manage supplier invoicing, and support the finance team with accurate datasets and trends to aid decision-making. This is an on-site role at Birmingham, working with a collaborative team.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial administration and data analysis support across the Hotel's accounts receivable, accounts payable and income audit functions. This role will be for an initial 12 month fixed-term period.
The role holder will monitor daily income audit reconciliations, investigates and reports on any variances or anomalies, and manage the end-to-end supplier invoicing process, from Pelican receipting through to payment. The role also carries a strong data analysis and reporting remit, using Excel and AI tools to build datasets, track trends and support the Finance team with data-driven insight for decision-making.
You should have experience in finance administration, accounts or income audit, with a good understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes, debt collection and supplier management. You'll enjoy working with data, using tools such as Excel, Sage and reporting systems to spot trends, improve accuracy and turn financial information into useful insight.
