Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Business Performance Analyst in Sheffield with hybrid working. You will gather requirements, cleanse large datasets and create analytical tools, dashboards and KPIs to improve service levels across stakeholder processes.

You’ll work on multi-million pound contracts, analyse data from GPS, Finance, HR and QHSE, and present reports to senior management and external clients. Strong SQL/Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High level working knowledge of SQL & Excel.
• Experience as a business analyst is advantageous.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Collect and cleanse large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop, generate and present reports and KPIs for senior management and clients.
• Analyze data across GPS, Finance, HR, QHSE and other MIS extractions.
• Present ideas and drive improvements to management and digital transformation projects.
