Job summary

EY UK is seeking an Audit Data Strategist within its Data & Intelligence Delivery team. The role combines analytics, technology and audit delivery to build confidence in numbers and improve the audit experience for clients.

You will collaborate with audit teams and clients, shaping data-driven approaches, and expanding your audit and technology delivery expertise while taking on greater responsibility over time.

Qualifications

• Strong literacy, numeracy and critical‑thinking skills.
• Experience using data, technology and AI to solve problems and generate insights.
• Ability to communicate conclusions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of audit engagements, understanding audit approach and risks.
• Obtain, prepare, check and analyse data to support audit procedures.
• Work with audit teams and clients to agree data requirements and explain technical matters.
• Coordinate work through its lifecycle including scope, timing and delivery risks.
• Take increasing responsibility for reviewing work and coordinating delivery.
• Explore new technology and develop data‑driven solutions with Thrive Time.
