Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a data analytics professional to support EU Commercial Strategy and Enablement, driving category insights, pricing checkups, and supplier performance using large datasets. You will build dashboards and data structures, and work with cross-functional teams to turn analytics into actionable business decisions.

You will partner with category managers and suppliers during key commercial moments and help automate workflows for scalable processes, with opportunities to experiment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative or analytical discipline.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional partners.
• Able to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities with big data.
• Clear, structured thinking and execution under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Category Management has data to drive decisions with reports and insights.
• Own, build and maintain frontend dashboards and backend data structures.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for Category Management.
• Perform competitive and product category evaluations to spot market trends.
• Collaborate with analytics, pricing, supply chain, and merchandising teams to align measurement approaches.
• Document recurring processes, reporting logic, and metric definitions for scalability.
