Job summary

Cavu is seeking a Data Director to lead the evolution of our enterprise-wide data capability. You will define strategy, foundations and culture to enable data-driven decisions across the business, partnering with senior leaders to align data initiatives with growth and product roadmaps.

You will build and guide multidisciplinary teams, drive governance and analytics maturity, and oversee critical programmes like data warehouse migration and reporting transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Data, Analytics or Information Management.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering enterprise-wide data strategies.
• Experience building and transforming multidisciplinary data teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year data strategy aligned to growth.
• Lead and develop Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Data Science and Governance teams.
• Build leadership capability and career development paths.
• Drive governance, quality and insight with robust KPIs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance and Operations.
• Oversee platform migrations and reporting transformations.
