Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to shape Cavu's data platform. You will lead a team of Data Engineers while building scalable, cloud-based data pipelines and supporting analytics, forecasting and ML.

Reporting to Head of Data Engineering, you will define strategy, drive best practices, partner with data scientists and analysts, and ensure data governance, security and quality across data lakehouse and streaming architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Experience leading engineering projects and mentoring colleagues.
• Strong Python and SQL with large-scale datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers.
• Define and deliver data strategies and initiatives.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, BI Developers and Analysts.
• Drive data quality, governance, security and monitoring.
