Northumbria Primary Care is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Data & Digital Improvement Manager to lead digital transformation, business intelligence and service improvement programmes across our growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how technology, data and innovation are used to improve services, support practices and enhance patient outcomes across primary care.
As Data & Digital Improvement Manager, you will provide operational leadership for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of data, digital and technology-enabled transformation programmes across NPC.
Working closely with GP practices, senior leaders, system partners and suppliers, you will lead initiatives that improve data quality, optimise digital systems, support operational decision‑making and deliver measurable service improvements. You will play a key role in driving the NPC Data and Digital Strategy whilst ensuring compliance with NHS digital standards, information governance requirements and clinical safety processes.
