Logic Managed Services Ltd in London is seeking a Contract Delivery Manager to lead data delivery initiatives within a Global Data Strategy. You will coordinate across data, product and engineering teams, manage dependencies and ensure programmes align with strategic objectives and value delivery.

This hands-on role requires proven experience delivering data programmes and strong stakeholder management, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum and Lean frameworks.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.

Contract Delivery Manager - Global Data Strategy

Location: London / Hybrid working with limited ad-hoc days in the office per month

Contract: 9 months+

Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced Data Delivery Project Manager to join a Global Data Strategy function, working across multiple Data, Product and Engineering teams to deliver strategic data initiatives.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on coordinating complex programmes, projects and data products, managing dependencies and ensuring teams remain aligned to strategic objectives.

The Role

• Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering, data and cross-functional teams
• Deliver data initiatives across programmes, projects and/or data products
• Manage dependencies, blockers, risks and competing priorities
• Facilitate cross-team planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and roadmap sessions
• Build consensus and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners on roadmaps and release planning
• Translate data and product strategy into actionable delivery plans
• Work with Engineering Managers to improve ways of working and delivery effectiveness
• Track delivery progress, health metrics and KPIs
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes and workflows
• Drive continuous improvement across the Data organisation

About You

The successful candidate will have strong Data Delivery Management or Technical Project Management experience within a data and technology environment.

Key experience required

• Proven experience delivering data programmes, projects and/or data products
• Strong experience working with Data, Engineering and Product teams
• Experience managing complex, multi-team dependancies within technology or data deliveries
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Lean delivery methodologies
• Strong dependency, risk and delivery management experience
• Ability to influence and build consensus without direct authority
• Any understanding of data platforms and Data Lakes would be very useful but is not essential
• Databricks experience is advantageous but not also not essential
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear or similar delivery tools
• Experience with OKRs, roadmap planning, transformation or delivery process improvement would also be beneficial.
