Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Data Delivery Manager to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role supports a growing organisation on its journey to transform how data is used to drive better decisions, improve customer outcomes, and accelerate delivery across the business.

The successful candidate will drive delivery by coordinating resources across multiple squads, own risk reporting and dependencies, partner with Product Owners on data initiatives, and manage stakeholders to maintain

Qualifications

• Exceptional stakeholder management, confident engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong delivery mindset: organised, proactive, structured, and always planning ahead.
• Experience delivering within data environments (e.g., data pipelines, MI/reporting, analytics) rather than general IT delivery.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and high-tempo delivery.
• Clear, confident communicator able to influence, challenge constructively, and drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery by planning and coordinating resources and activity across multiple squads.
• Own the identification, reporting, and mitigation of risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners to plan, track, and deliver data initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders across teams, ensuring alignment, prioritisation, and momentum.
• Represent the Data function in wider delivery forums, ensuring visibility and accurate progress reporting.
