Job summary
Bupa is seeking a Data Delivery Lead for Customer Services to steer a small team delivering the Conversational IVR product for UKI Customer Service. You’ll partner with analysts and change managers to translate customer use cases into data solutions, ensuring measurable outcomes and strong governance.
With hybrid working (2 days in the office at Salford Quays), you will mentor the team, drive risk-managed delivery, and collaborate across MI&A, analytics, and operations to achieve strategic aims.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of specialists in data delivery and MI engineering.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into data solutions and actionable insights.
- Experience operating in a regulated environment with governance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management within a matrix organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of MI/AI data specialists to deliver Conversational IVR for UKI CS.
- Ensure delivery aligns with Conduct Risk frameworks and internal controls.
- Translate customer use cases into user stories for data solution design.
- Collaborate with Change, SD&I and analytics to drive initiatives with measurable success.
- Mentor and coach team to improve product delivery and quality.
