Job summary
Bupa is seeking a Data Delivery Lead – Customer Services based at Bupa Place, Salford Quays, with a 2 days per week in the office. This permanent role offers a salary from £56,300 and a 10% management bonus, within a full-time 37.5 hour week.
You will lead a small team of MI/AI specialists, deliver the Conversational IVR product for UKI Customer Service, and collaborate across Operational and Planning teams to define measurable success.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a small team of data delivery specialists.
- Delivery of data/MI products in regulated environments.
- Ability to translate customer use cases into data solutions.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Proven stakeholder management in matrix organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ~3 subject matter experts in MI/engineering and ML/AI products.
- Ensure compliance with Conduct Risk frameworks in Conversational IVR delivery.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Translate customer use cases into data solutions with analysts.
- Engage with Change and SD&I teams on relevant initiatives.
- Understand the Bupa data estate to support strategic aims.
- Mentor and coach the team to improve product delivery.
