Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Data Delivery Lead for Customer Services to steer the Conversational IVR product across the UK. You will lead a small, skilled team, define measurable delivery goals, and partner with the Operational and Planning teams to enable data-driven improvements.

The role requires hybrid work with two days in the Salford Quays office and a clear focus on risk-aware data delivery. The position offers a permanent contract with a salary from £56,300 depending on experience and location,

Qualifications

• Must be a proven people leader with coaching experience.
• Experience delivering data projects in regulated environments.
• Experience with PowerBI and Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience.
• Experience leading MI/AI data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of MI engineering specialists.
• Deliver the Conversational IVR for the UKI Customer Service.
• Partner with analysts to translate use cases into data solutions.
• Establish reporting and governance for the MI&A team.
• Mentor and coach the team to improve product delivery.
