Co-op is reshaping its Digital, Technology and Data function and seeks a Data Business Analyst in Manchester. You will turn business challenges into data-driven solutions, partnering with Commercial, Pricing and Finance to translate needs into clear data product requirements.
You'll facilitate workshops, map data flows, and work with Data Engineering and BI teams to deliver insights, reporting and value across the organisation.
£45,000 - £55,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We're looking for a Data Business Analyst to join our Data & AI team and help us turn business challenges into data‑driven solutions. Working within our Commercial, Pricing, Range and Promotions domain, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand how data is used today, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear requirements that enable our technical teams to deliver valuable data products, reporting and insights.
Data plays a critical role in helping Co‑op make better decisions for our business, colleagues and members. We've recently built a new enterprise data platform and are now bringing together data from across the organisation to unlock greater value and insight. This role is at the heart of that journey. You'll help shape some of our most important commercial data products, working with teams across pricing, promotions, finance and technology to solve complex problems, improve ways of working and help deliver meaningful business outcomes. It's a great opportunity to influence how data is used across Co‑op while developing your expertise in a collaborative and forward‑looking data environment.
