Job summary

Sodexo is looking for a Data Coordinator / Analyst to maintain accurate data records, generate reports, and support decision-making with data insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure data quality and reporting needs are met.

You will audit data, support dashboards and performance metrics, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to data protection requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, and reporting functions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.
  • Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support business requirements.

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with data cleansing, system updates, and process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation relating to data processes and reporting procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.

Job description

Data Coordinator / Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data records, producing reports, and supporting business decision-making through data analysis and insight. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure data quality, support reporting requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented previous experience in a data, administration, reporting, or analytical role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, and reporting functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database systems.
  • Experience working with KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
