As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering enhanced reports to internal and external stakeholders, interpreting and presenting data clearly and professionally.

Successful candidates will need to obtain and maintain security clearance before starting, including providing a minimum of 3 years of UK employment, education, and residential history.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement and Process Manager, you will:

1. Own and manage KPI reporting across operations.
2. Analyze data trends and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
3. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentations.
4. Interrogate and investigate WMS data, ensuring high compliance.
5. Support the CI Manager with data to realize savings.
6. Enhance MI reporting for internal and customer use, enabling real-time insights via various devices.
7. Contribute to bid processes with live demos of reporting capabilities.
8. Improve reporting efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
9. Work with multiple systems including Manhattan, Insight, EcoOnline, Oracle, Asset Suite 9, and others.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Understanding of data applications in reporting.
• Knowledge of data extraction and quality control.
• Experience with Data Warehouse and ETL processes.
• Strong SQL skills and relational database knowledge.
• Familiarity with data formats like CSV, JSON, and Parquet.
• Ability to create visuals that support management decisions.
• A proven track record of process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with financial and operational teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor juniors.
