Leonardo in Edinburgh is hiring a Business Support & Data Controller to act as Data Controller for the Advanced Targeting Sector, supporting sector leadership for timely, consistent execution of business plans. The role offers development opportunities and potential involvement in special projects aligned to interests.

The candidate should bring experience in data control management, familiarity with ITAR and related regulations, and a proactive, collaborative approach to supporting budgets,

Formación

• Experience in data control management with knowledge of related regulations (ITAR, Export Control Act, TAAs).
• Security management experience is desirable and beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage special projects for the Sector as required, including activities and milestones.
• Maintain data management and security regime compliant with relevant regulations.
• Provide business and tools support to the Sector VP and leadership team.
• Support Sector budgets and diary coordination with the Sector VP PA.
• Draft presentations for Sector VP and Leadership Team delivery.
• Assist Communications with sector notices and updates.
• Track actions for Sector VP to ensure timely delivery and quality.
