Leonardo UK Ltd in Edinburgh seeks a Business Support & Data Controller to back the Advanced Targeting Sector. The role acts as Data Controller for the Sector and supports the Sector Leadership Team to complete plans and activities on time.

Ideal candidates will have data control mgmt experience, knowledge of ITAR and related regulations, and strong communication across diverse teams and cultures. This role supports budgets and governance with a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in data control management with knowledge of ITAR and data control regulations.
• Familiarity with Export Control Act and TAAs.
• Security management experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across countries and cultures.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead special projects and manage activities for the Sector.
• Provide data management and security regime compliant with regulations.
• Provide business and tools support to Sector VP and Leadership Team.
• Assist with Sector budgets management.
• Coordinate diary with Sector VP PA.
• Draft presentations for Sector VP and Leadership Team.
• Support sector communications with notices.
• Track actions for Sector VP and ensure timely delivery.
