Leonardo UK Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Business Support & Data Controller to act as Data Controller for the Advanced Targeting Sector and assist Sector leadership with timely delivery of business plans. The role offers development opportunities and may be tailored to special projects aligned to personal interests.

You will manage data security, support budgets, draft presentations, and coordinate diaries while collaborating with multi-country stakeholders and IPTs.

Formación

• Experience in Data Control Management with ITAR and export controls knowledge.
• Security management experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication across countries, cultures and levels.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions focused.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and information security.
• Experience with Integrated Project Teams and stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead special sector projects and coordinate activities to deadlines.
• Maintain a data management and security regime compliant with regulations.
• Provide business & tools support to the Sector VP and Leadership Team.
• Support sector budgets and financial tracking.
• Coordinate diary with Sector VP PA and align with requirements.
• Draft presentations for Sector VP and Leadership Team.
• Assist Communications with sector notices and updates.
• Track actions for the Sector VP and ensure timely delivery.
