Job summary

CBO is expanding its Data Services team and seeks a Data Consultant to work directly with clients across sectors, helping them understand their data, resolve quality issues, and enable better decision-making. You will develop technical and consulting capabilities while taking increasing responsibility for client delivery.

You might come from data analyst, data engineer, data product owner or BI developer backgrounds, and the role offers exposure to diverse client problems and continuous learning

Qualifications

• Experience across data analysis, BI and reporting, data engineering, integration, automation, data product ownership, migration or governance.
• Ability to think about how data is structured, used and managed, and identify quality or consistency issues.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' data challenges and turn them into practical solutions.
• Contribute to data discovery, readiness and data migration activities.
• Develop meaningful reporting and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data flows between people and systems.
• Support governance and data management to enhance data quality and control.
