Job summary

JMAN Group Private Limited is seeking a Consultant to run client projects, hone technical skills, and take on a leadership role from day one. You’ll join a nimble, fast-growing team with access to training and coaching to accelerate your growth.

You’ll apply consulting methods and data tooling across Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and PPT, collaborating with an international team to deliver high-quality outcomes and meaningful business value.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client projects/workstreams, those with clear outcomes and those that are exploratory.
• Manage day to day delivery of client engagements and provide oversight to the global delivery teams whilst taking responsibility for the outputs and recommendations across projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and recognise opportunities to extend projects or expand client accounts.
• Work closely with a cross-functional, international team to solve complex problems pragmatically and deliver a sustainable outcome.
• Deliver high quality slide decks to effectively communicate to and influence multiple senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Drive internal projects and work alongside teams that look to improve the way we operate as a business.
• Take responsibility for your own personal development by completing internal and external training initiatives as required.
• Act as an ambassador of JMAN values and provide mentorship to more junior members in the team.
