Job summary

Cognita Schools is seeking a Data & Compliance Administrator to help ensure regulatory, health & safety, and data protection compliance across the school. You will maintain accurate records, support audits, and contribute to a secure learning environment for pupils and staff.

Working with the Operations Manager and school teams, you will manage audits, inspection readiness, and essential administrative processes in a varied, permanent, full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety, compliance, or data administration is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory, health and safety, and data protection compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness.
• Assist with inspections and oversee key administrative processes.
• Support day‑to‑day school operations in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
