Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting a Business Intelligence Administrator based at HMP Addiewell. The role focuses on data management, compliance monitoring, investigations, and complaints handling within the BI Unit, delivering accurate records and timely information to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will maintain databases, support investigations, draft correspondence, and manage communications while upholding data protection and security standards in a prison environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to manage multiple data systems.
• Experience handling confidential information and records.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and monitor databases and record systems with high accuracy.
• Support investigations, complaints, and assurance activities per procedures.
• Process correspondence relating to complaints and information requests.
• Draft professional responses following investigations and reviews.
• Handle incoming enquiries by telephone and email for the BI Unit.
• Organise meetings, prepare documents, and record minutes and actions.
• Maintain filing systems in line with data protection and retention rules.
• Monitor statutory and organisational deadlines and ensure compliance.
