Job summary

Pertemps Network Group partners with a national training provider to recruit an experienced Data and AI & Automation Apprenticeship Skills Coach. You will support learners and employers across the UK, managing a caseload from Level 4 to Level 6 within Full Apprenticeship Programmes, providing one-to-one coaching and guiding portfolio development.

You will also prepare learners for End Point Assessment, work with employers to tailor learning to the workplace, and maintain progress records using

Qualifications

• Experience as Apprenticeship Skills Coach or similar coaching roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation and digital technologies including Data Analyst.
• Recognition in AI, automation, or digital transformation (Level 4+).
• Experience coaching learners within apprenticeships or vocational education.
• Experience conducting learner reviews and progression.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Data and AI/Automation apprentices.
• Deliver engaging one-to-one coaching sessions and learner reviews.
• Support portfolios and preparation for End Point Assessment.
• Collaborate with employers to contextualise learning to the workplace.
• Maintain learner progress records and use e-portfolio systems.
• Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and funding rules.
