Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in Data Centre environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
- Knowledge of copper and fiber cabling installations and standards.
Responsibilities
- First line escalation point for incidents or technical issues.
- Execute MACs in Data Centre, MPOEs, MMRs and Access Centres for customers.
- Update asset records and track location/status of assets.
- Perform daily security and access checks in Data Centre areas.
- Carry out QA in Data Centre Halls and access centres.
