Sudlows is seeking a Site Manager to lead operational delivery on enterprise-level projects. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure top-quality handover and QA. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and safety focus are essential.

You will work with the Project Manager to secure resources, manage costs, and deliver to schedule, while maintaining high customer service standards and compliance with specifications.

Qualificações

• SMSTS and ECS card required or in progress.
• First aid course (3 day) preferred.
• Asbestos awareness preferred.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation works.
• C&G 2391 testing desirable.
• Ability to work with/co-ordinate other trades.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Strong knowledge of site methods, tools and materials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day running of activities to meet time and cost constraints.
• Assist Project Manager with contractor resource, performance, reporting and handover docs.
• Provide technical knowledge to the site team to plan works and ensure readiness of hardware and materials.
• Report out-of-scope works to capture and charge back to the customer.
• Ensure delivery of Handover Packs and QA to maintain quality.
• Work with PM to secure necessary resources for project delivery.
• Supervise installation teams from first fix to final handover, ensuring standards.
• Assess third-party works for sign-off and completeness.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are followed at all times.
