Job summary

Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Centre Site Manager to oversee and coordinate site activities on technically complex, mission-critical projects in Greater London.

You will manage daily site operations, supervise engineers and subcontractors, coordinate M&E, HVAC and commissioning, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. Strong HSE knowledge and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS (SSSTS may be considered).
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction, M&E or commissioning projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Good communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Data centre experience preferred.
• HVAC and commissioning experience desirable.
