Qualifications

• Experience working in a critical environment/data centre.
• Desirable: IPAF 3A & 3B, basic mechanical knowledge, AP/LV qualification.

Responsibilities

• Undertake routine PPM tasks and planned maintenance.
• Assist with general building maintenance activities.
• Perform reactive repairs and electrical installation work.

Job description

Role Overview
In your new role as an Electrical Engineer, you will undertake routine PPM tasks, planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates, reactive repairs, and electrical installation work as required. You may also be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities.

Working hours – Rotating shift, 4 on and 4 off.

What we are looking for?
The Electrical Engineer will need:

• City & Guilds Testing and Inspection
• 17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations
• Experience using a range of maintenance equipment
• Desirable but not essential: IPAF 3A & 3B, basic mechanical knowledge, AP/LV qualification
• A good basic education, with good written and spoken English, and basic Mathematics skills
• Formal training in electrical/mechanical maintenance
• BMS knowledge
• Experience working in a critical environment/data centre
