Job summary

ea Change is seeking an experienced Programme Director in London to lead an enterprise-wide resilience programme, delivering a high-profile co-location Data Centre and ensuring operational readiness. You will set a 12-18 month vision with ExCo, align priorities and manage the delivery plan across suppliers to achieve concrete outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership within complex organisations, track record of significant infrastructure delivery, and experience operating with Executive

Qualifications

• Experience designing target operating models around technology, people, process and governance.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and data centre implementations.
• Ability to direct major third parties and hold delivery partners to account across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Set a 12-18 month vision and delivery plan aligned to resilience objectives.
• Oversee technology implementation, supplier coordination and operational readiness for live events.
• Own the delivery roadmap and drive quarterly planning and sequenced outcomes.
