Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 2–5 years' QS experience in construction.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with subcontractor management and cost reporting.
• Prepare tender documentation, work packages, and budgets.
• Analyze subcontractor tender returns and variations.
• Support monthly valuations, payments and cash flow forecasting.
• Assist with final accounts and commercial close-out.
• Liaise with clients, designers and internal teams.
