Job summary

Reinforced Recruitment LTD seeks a CSA Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of allocated construction packages in London, collaborating with site teams, subcontractors and the wider commercial group.

Experience in data centres is preferred, but transferable main contractor QS background is encouraged. London project with potential Amsterdam work and higher overseas package.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor or a main contractor QS managing relevant construction packages.
• Strong procurement, subcontract management and cost reporting skills.
• Experience handling valuations, variations and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Procuring subcontract packages, comparing quotations and negotiating terms.
• Measuring works from drawings and preparing take-offs.
• Managing subcontractor valuations, payments and final accounts.
• Identifying, pricing and agreeing variations.
• Preparing cost reports, forecasts and cash-flow information.
• Monitoring package budgets and identifying commercial risks.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting contractual notices.
• Working with construction and MEP teams to manage package interfaces.
• Attending commercial meetings with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Supporting the commercial team with client applications and reporting.
