Job summary

Qualifications

• Pass standard criminal records checks and meet contractual security requirements.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom with right to work status.
• Willing to undergo UK government security clearance (SC) if required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect status indicators on customer equipment and report results.
• Power-cycle equipment following customer written instructions.
• Visually inspect power and cabling for proper seating.
• Inspect all cabling for correct seating as per instructions.
• Test cable paths for conformance to performance standards.
• Connect a Crash Cart (KVM) to assist diagnosis of issues.
• Mount media in identified drives as part of builds/diagnosis.
• Activate hardware controls and replace hot-swappable components.
