DXC Technology is seeking Data Centre Engineers for a client site in Sevenoaks, Kent, with attendance at Maidstone. Roles include day and night shifts with a shift allowance. Driving and own transport are required for multi-site cover.

UK right-to-work and security checks are mandatory. Responsibilities include inspecting LEDs, power-cycling equipment, checking cabling, testing paths, using a KVM crash cart, mounting media, activating hardware, and replacing hot-swappable parts following client

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect LEDs on customer equipment and report status to the customer.

• Connect a Crash Cart (KVM) to diagnose failed reboots or power cycles.

Job Description:We are hiring Data Centre Engineers for our client based in Sevenoaks in Kent with regular attendance at Maidstone site.The role will involve working both dayshift/nightshift hours and we offer a generous shift allowance as a result.Due to frequency of attendance at both sites, we require candidates who can drive and have their own transport.Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including the applicable residency requirements for the role, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
