Job summary

New Look is seeking an on-site Infrastructure Project Support to assist their Data Centre Modernisation and BAU operations. You will work with the in-house team to migrate virtual machines and physical servers to a modern data centre, install hardware, and document the process.

You will also handle day-to-day IT operations including 3rd line support, M365 management (excluding security), AD, DNS, remote access, Citrix, backups and monitoring, collaborating with cybersecurity and service desk

Qualifications

• Data centre migration experience with both physical and virtual servers.
• Managing Windows, Linux and AIX in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Azure, Entra ID, SQL Server and backups.
• Experience with MECM/Intune and AD policies.
• Ability to collaborate with cybersecurity and service desk teams.

Responsibilities

• On-site project support for Data Centre move, migrating VMs and physical servers.
• 3rd line operational support across IT infra including M365 (non-security) and core services.
• Support MECM/Intune device management and backups, reporting and patching.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and service desk to ensure secure, compliant operations.
• Create and share high/low level documentation as required.
