Job summary

Clear. seeks an experienced Country HSE Manager for a major data centre project on a temp-to-perm basis. The project starts in London and moves to Middlesbrough, requiring comfort with both locations and a proven ability to lead HSE across large-scale construction.

The role demands strong leadership, robust knowledge of UK HSE legislation (CDM) and excellent stakeholder management to drive safety and compliance throughout the life of the project.

Qualifications

• Extensive HSE management experience on relevant projects.
• Proven track record on large-scale construction programs.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and CDM.
• Ability to manage site teams, contractors and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy and compliance across the project.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure CDM duties are fulfilled and risk controls are implemented.
• Support transition to permanent role after project completion.
