TwoScore - HSEQ Recruitment is supporting a leading M&E contractor to appoint an HSE Advisor for a major Data Centre project in West London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline in data centre safety.

The role covers regular site inspections, audits and toolbox talks, working with project teams and subcontractors to maintain high HSE standards. You will review RAMS and incident investigations and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in construction industry delivering HSE programs.
• Experience with Data Centre, M&E, or mission-critical projects advantageous.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical construction activities and risks.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of HSE across a major Data Centre project.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Work with project teams, supervisors and subcontractors to maintain high HSE standards.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments and method statements for high-risk activities.
• Assist investigations of incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Provide practical HSE advice to the project team and drive safety culture.
