Job summary

Radius Consultancy is seeking a Facilities Building Supervisor/Manager for a Data Centre campus in Greater London. You will own the DC buildings (excluding critical plant) and drive continuous improvement across fabric, utilities, and services, including office areas and common facilities.

Lead risk, compliance, and safety initiatives with external FM partners, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and industry best practices while delivering on-time projects within a busy, high-load environment.

Qualifications

Experience in building management and ISO standards.
Strong understanding of health and safety in facilities environments.
Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks across a DC campus.

Responsibilities

Manage project works for building maintenance or enhancements with RAMS, permits, and sign-off.
Identify and communicate innovations in building management and DC fabric to leadership.
Oversee site compliance and manage subcontractors and safety practices.
Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the DC campus.
