Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician to support data center operations across its global cloud infrastructure. The role involves installing and managing compute, storage, and network hardware on site, with responsibility for inventory and coordination with vendors.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, manage asset deployments, and assist with capacity planning and project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations with hardware deployment, management and troubleshooting.
• Experience installing and managing physical infrastructure assets in enterprise or service-provider data centers.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with a passion for accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site physical support for implementation projects.
• Track and audit asset inventory across data centers.
• Assist with equipment racking, cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting.
• Act as local contact for vendor service activities.
• Support capacity planning for infrastructure and facilities.
• Assist in project planning and implementation processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for datacenter issues and projects.
• Travel between local data center locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Occasionally work non-standard hours and participate in on-call rotations.
