Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Cambois, England, is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee physical security services for our Cambois data center. You will supervise contract security staff, manage security operations, and coordinate with vendors to improve capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security patrolling and reporting.
• 3+ years managing security vendors, contractors and customers.
• 3+ years working in operations, physical security or equivalent environment.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Travel up to 10% including site visits for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract front line security staff and daily operations to ensure safety.
• Manage security operations for a data center.
• Coordinate with security vendors to improve skills and procedures.
• Oversee access control, CCTV and alarm systems and related documentation.
• Prepare reports and briefings for customers, stakeholders and leaders.
• Develop relationships with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Lead security briefings and training for contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and incident logging.
