Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of experience in mission critical facility maintenance and operations.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and varying work rotations.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationships in this region.

Responsibilities

• Drive test, validation, improvement, and certification of new processes for critical equipment in data center domain.
• Lead compliance activities for data centers globally and ensure adherence to guidelines and standards.
• Monitor data center systems operations, control site activities to minimize risk, and respond to excursions effectively.
• Ensure sites follow facility, maintenance, and standard programs globally with continuous improvements.
• Develop strategies to minimize operational costs, improve efficiency, and drive site-level programs and initiatives.
