Job summary

Nebius is seeking an IT Datacenter Technician to maintain and optimize our data center IT infrastructure, including GPU cloud clusters. You will troubleshoot hardware issues, perform diagnostics, and support critical systems to ensure smooth operations.

Some travel between data centers and on-call rotations are possible. The role offers hands-on hardware and network work with opportunities to contribute to impactful AI projects within an international team.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of server and networking equipment.
Practical hands-on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling.
Proactive, responsible and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support the data center IT infrastructure as a shift worker (day & night).
Diagnose and resolve issues related to server and network hardware within the data center.
Install, upgrade, and decommission IT hardware as required.
Maintain fiber optic and patch cable connectivity.
Handle RMAs per company procedures and keep documentation updated.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
