Job summary

Colt Data Centre Services is seeking a CAD Engineer to support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of engineering documentation across Colt DCS data centres. You will deliver 2D/3D drawings and models, supporting electrical and mechanical infrastructure across projects and operations.

Collaborating with Operations, Project Management, Engineering and external suppliers, you will ensure documentation remains accurate, compliant and aligned with company standards, while

Qualifications

• Experience in producing engineering drawings and documentation across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Familiarity with BIM principles and documentation best practices.
• Experience working with data centre environments or critical infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent CAD software.
• Support the development and coordination of electrical and mechanical design deliverables for data centre infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs across electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Ensure all drawings and engineering documentation comply with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate revision control and document management processes.
