TPT2293 Data Cabling Engineer

My client is a well-established company specializing in installing copper and fibre cabling solutions into commercial premises, including fault finding and testing. The role is based on client sites around Hemel Hempstead, approximately an hour's drive, but can also be based in London. The position offers a fully expensed van and fuel card, so a full clean driving license is required.

Responsibilities and skills include:

1. Installing all types of cable containment, including tray, basket, dado, and trunking, working from client drawings.
2. Testing, documenting, and reporting back to the Installations Manager upon completion, and updating the database accordingly.
3. Ordering materials for each job/project.
4. Working within Health and Safety regulations.
5. Possessing a Level 3 ECS Card.
6. Ideally holding a PASMA Card (not essential).
7. Ideally holding an IPAF Card (not essential).
8. Having a Full Clean Driving Licence.
9. Ability to be DBS Cleared.

Our client is a well-established organization with low staff turnover. Working hours are from 7 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime may occasionally be available. They offer an excellent benefits package.
