TPT2293 Data Cabling Engineer

My client is a well-established company installing both copper and fibre cabling solutions into commercial premises, including fault finding and testing. The role is based on client sites around an hour's drive from Hemel Hempstead but can also be based in London. The role comes with a fully expensed van and fuel card, so a full clean driving license is required.

Responsibilities and skills include:

• Installing all types of cable containment including tray, basket, dado, and trunking, working from client drawings
• Testing, documenting, and reporting back to the Installations Manager, while updating their database
• Ordering materials for each job/project
• Working within Health and Safety regulations
• Must have a Level 3 ECS Card
• Ideally to have a PASMA Card (not essential)
• Ideally to have an IPAF Card (not essential)
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Ability to be DBS Cleared

Our client is a well-established organization with low staff turnover. Working hours are 7 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime available. They offer an excellent benefits package.
