Ваша задача — работать с бизнес-стейкхолдерами, собирать требования и документировать их в STTM для команды Data Engineers. Требуется знание Snowflake и умение переводить функциональные требования в технические спецификации.

Важны навыки анализа данных, коммуникации и умение работать в Agile среде. Преимущество — опыт CI/CD и знание регуляторных стандартов в области страхования.

Responsabilidades

Описание: This is techno Functional role. We are looking for a resource who has good Insurance Domain knowledge, Reinsurance (specialty) , Property & causality knowledge. Business Analyst should understand the underlying system, coordinate with business stakeholders to confirm requirements and should be able to document the requirement in STTM document for Data Engineers to refer.

• Collaborate with POs to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Perform source system analysis, data mapping, and create STTM (Source-to-Target Mapping).
• Support data validation, reconciliation.
• Coordinate with other teams as applicable. (example - Beazley BAs etc)

Требования: Strong Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering skills Have a good understanding and experience in Insurance and Reinsurance (specialty) knowledge User Story creation for Dev team Source system analysis and data mapping STTM (Source-to-Target Mapping) – This includes Transformation logic & derived measure SQL (Snowflake and Legacy system) - Required for analysis and STTM creation Ability to interpret lineage & Metadata Conceptual model or Medallion layer understanding (Bronze->Silver->Gold) Soft Skills - Ability to talk to Business / PO to understand "functional specifications" and convert that to "Data Specifications" High analytical skills A high degree of initiative and flexibility High customer orientation High quality awareness Excellent verbal and written communication skills Будет плюсом: Experience working with Snowflake is a strong advantage; Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards; Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD practices
