Job summary

Eakin Healthcare is seeking a Data & BOM Administrator to support the Phoenix programme and later manage BOM uploads in Sage X3 for Ostomy products. You will collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance to ensure accurate data, governance and compliant records.

The role involves implementing data processes, validating data, and creating clear work instructions for BOM handling, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, coordinator or data management experience.
• Ability to manage large volumes of information and maintain clear records.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with several departments.
• Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project implementation team.
• Coordinate information requests and support follow-up with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with data collection, data cleansing, migration preparation and validation activity.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing and issue tracking during implementation.
• BOM & Data Management: Create, upload and maintain BOMs within Sage X3.
• Maintain product data, routings and associated manufacturing information where applicable.
• Ensure BOM records are accurate, complete and aligned to approved documentation.
• Process BOM changes through the change control and approval route, and resolve data discrepancies.
