Job summary

Free-Work is seeking a Data Analyst in Holborn, London, with 5+ years of proven experience. You will ensure data quality and enable analysis through systems to produce actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include overseeing data sources (CRM and others), cleaning and processing data, and collaborating with IT on APIs and data mining to drive business growth. The role requires strong English communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education qualification in data analysis, including programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Substantial experience working in data analysis within an organisational setting.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and business intelligence skills, especially working with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to manage multiple projects adhering to logistics, timescales and deadlines.
• IT literate and experience of using MS Dynamics and Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience of using visualisation tools such as PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Day to day implementation and overview of the data strategy to optimise BI and decision-making.
• Clear knowledge of all data sources within the organisation, including the CRM and other information systems.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, analysis and processing to ensure quality.
• Put in place robust systems of quality to ensure data integrity.
• Work with IT on data analysis, including developing formulas, APIs and data mining for growth insights.
• Enable production of reports, visuals, dashboards to support decisions.
• Transform data into information and share knowledge across the organisation.
• Support BI with key data to underpin decisions.
• Collaborate across departments on data usage to maximise impact.
• Minimise data risks and ensure compliance with legislation and frameworks.
• Foster a data culture to meet stakeholder needs nationally and internationally.
