Your Main Responsibilities:

• Develop process automation solutions, including coding, testing, implementation, and support.
• Create reports in PowerBI as part of automation deliverables.
• Build reports to monitor automated process performance, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Enhance data quality for various business processes.
• Document automation and data processing solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of automated processes.
• Implement standards, procedures, and policies for design and coding.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data automation and RPA.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and stakeholders to streamline data processing and automation initiatives.
• Support operational development projects as a subject matter expert.
• Act as a liaison for the Operations Excellence team in the Asia-Pacific region.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Engineering, IT, or similar.
• At least 3 years' experience with RPA and data tools: UIPath, Databricks, Python, PowerBI, VBA.
• Experience with DevOps practices (GIT, Azure DevOps, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of database and BI tools.
• Proactive, analytical, goal-oriented, with a positive attitude.
• Strong data analysis, manipulation, transformation, and visualization skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and workflow analysis skills.
• Good collaboration and communication skills across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
