Arena Racing Company (ARC) is the UK's leading racecourse operator, hosting racing across 300+ days and operating hotels, venues and events. The Data Manager role in London will build ARC's Group-wide data capability, establish architecture, governance and hands-on delivery with a small team.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will oversee data pipelines, integrations and models, enabling accessible, trusted data for strategic decision making and future analytics

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading data capability development across multiple business units.
• Strong SQL skills and data modelling experience.
• Proven ability to design scalable data pipelines and governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture and governance of ARC's group data capabilities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for stakeholders across teams.
• Mentor a 2–3 person data team and align delivery with business needs.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to improve data platforms and pipelines.
• Drive data quality, documentation and data delivery across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities for forecasting and advanced analytics as maturity grows.
