Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in London is seeking a Senior Product Solutions Manager for Data & Insights to shape the roadmap of our analytics platform and backlogs. You will translate market needs into measurable product outcomes, prioritise work, and drive end-to-end delivery in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven Product Management experience in digital/SaaS/platform environments.
Solid background in data systems, governance, and analytics optimization.
Understanding data products' influence on player behavior and retention outcomes.
Experience enabling data-driven decision-making across stakeholders.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Direct the strategy and backlog for the data & insights platform.
Lead complex initiatives from concept to delivery and post-launch optimization.
Translate objectives into clear product requirements and outcomes.
Collaborate with data engineering, analytics teams, and senior stakeholders to build prioritized backlogs.
Drive data-driven improvements through experimentation and measurement.
