You will support AI data readiness and collaborate with scientists and informatics teams to ensure high-quality, usable data assets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a scientific or technical field.
• Experience in Data Governance, Data Standards, Data Modeling, or Ontology Development.
• Ability to lead initiatives and communicate effectively in a matrixed org.
• Experience in a Research & Development environment with data handling.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on data modeling, ontologies, semantics, and standards.
• Translate scientific needs into draft data models for FAIR data.
• Contribute to data models, standards, and information architecture.
• Drive AI data readiness strategies in partnership with the team.
• Help develop data quality tracking and governance processes.
• Promote OneRoche data-centric mindset and FAIR principles.
